Official HMLA Glizzies PVC Patch

HMLA Glizzies PVC Patch — PVC Patch

Hot Dogs and Hellfires

Some squadron patches are all business. This one? It's a little bit of flight line humor wrapped in the spirit of attack helicopter culture. The HMLA Glizzies PVC patch is a morale patch born from the irreverent creativity that only Marine light attack aviators and their maintainers can produce — the kind of patch that makes you laugh before you strap into a Viper or Venom.

HMLAT-303 operates from MCAS Camp Pendleton as the Marine Corps' light attack helicopter training squadron, producing the pilots and crews who fly the AH-1Z Viper and UH-1Y Venom — two of the most lethal and versatile rotary-wing platforms in the military. The "Glizzies" patch is a playful nod to the informal culture that thrives among attack helicopter crews, where gallows humor and tight-knit camaraderie are as essential as ammunition and avgas. This durable PVC construction means it can take the abuse of daily flight operations, deployments, and everything in between.

Perfect For:
Marine light attack helicopter pilots and aircrew, HMLAT-303 personnel, AH-1Z Viper and UH-1Y Venom enthusiasts, Camp Pendleton aviators, morale patch collectors, and anyone who appreciates the lighter side of attack aviation.

Because even attack pilots need a sense of humor.
